Open Escrow/Earnest Money
Escrow is a secure neutral party in the transaction to handle all funds and paperwork.
Expect to deposit earnest money in 1-3 business days of acceptance. We will also have a conversation about protecting yourself from wire fraud. The escrow officer will walk you through the next steps with them.

The underwriter has officially signed off on your mortgage and we are "Clear to Close"
Expect your lender to send you a Closing Disclosure (CD). This will outline your exact interest rate, monthly payment, and the precise amount of cash you need to bring to closing. Always thoroughly review before signing.
